1. Definitions

1. You must not already hold an active or previously suspended 457bd account.
2. You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as an agent for any third party when creating or using this account.
3. You must not be subject to a self-exclusion arrangement, cooling-off period, or account restriction currently in effect on the 457bd platform.
4. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any other person. Any activity carried out via your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. 457bd will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where that use was made possible by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• You must use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• You must notify 457bd immediately via the official support channel if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• You must not use automated scripts, bots, or any software designed to interact with the Platform other than a standard web browser.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

457bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may give rise to account action include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including prohibited conduct, false registration information, or bonus abuse.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform for any criminal purpose.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the time frame requested by 457bd.
• A request by you to close your account, including requests submitted as part of a self-exclusion process.
